Weeks 2 to 3. Design system and key templates. We design the component library and the templates that carry the most traffic, in Figma and inside Webflow in parallel. Daily preview links. Weekly working sessions with your business.
Weeks 3 to 6. Webflow build, CMS architecture, animation, on-page SEO optimization, mobile responsive QA, and content load. Our designers and developers work in the same Webflow workspace your marketing organization will inherit.
Launch week. Schema, redirects, analytics, sitemap, and a recorded CMS training. Post-launch, we run a 30-day support window plus optional iteration design and digital growth services.
